The form requests your name and email. You may add your relationship to coreAI, interests, organisation or role, LinkedIn profile, phone number and a message. These details are used to contact you and explore possible participation, experimentation or collaboration relating to coreAI.
Responses are managed through Tally, with email notifications to the controller. Data is retained as long as needed to manage the contact, no longer than 12 months unless a relationship begins or new authorisation is given.
Contact and updates are based on the consent choices expressed in the form. Providing your information is optional; without your name, email and contact consent we cannot handle the request. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that has already taken place.
Occasional updates are optional and have a separate opt-in. You can withdraw your choice by contacting the project email address.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The contact address for exercising your rights is available in the footer.
The website uses Cloudflare Pages hosting. To serve and protect the website, the provider may process technical browsing data, such as IP addresses, based on the legitimate interest in operation and security. Your language preference is stored only in your browser. Opening the form takes you to Tally.
Tally and Cloudflare use their own service providers. Further information on processing, subprocessors and international transfers is available in the service documents linked below.
Only with your consent do we activate Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources, language, sections viewed and clicks to the form. Google processes pseudonymous cookie identifiers and technical browsing and device data to produce statistics. Our events do not send names, email addresses or form content; we remove query strings and fragments from addresses and send only predefined campaign codes. A click to the form is not a contact submission. We do not enable advertising features. Your choice is optional and can be changed through Statistics preferences in the footer; rejecting does not prevent use of the website. The local choice and Analytics cookies are configured to last no more than 180 days; retention of event and cookie-associated data in the Google property is set to 2 months, without resetting on new activity. This limit does not apply to standard aggregated reports. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area; purposes, recipients and transfer safeguards are described in the Google documents linked below.
